Boating is a wonderful lifestyle and Tower Marine can enhance yours dramatically. Tower Marine consists of Tower Marina in Douglas and Saugatuck Yacht Service, less than a mile away. Both offer all the amenities you'll ever need and more. Ample paved parking for you and your guests, newly remodeled washrooms and a well stocked ship store just a short stroll from your slip. Grassy knolls and trees surround our heated outdoor pool. Picnic areas and a playground create a virtual private family park for our boaters at Tower Marine.



 

Tower Marine offers offer 500 deep water slips for seasonal and overnight guests. Due to the natural formation of the Kalamazoo River and lake, neither marina is subject to the rough surging waters or high winds coming directly off Lake Michigan.

RESERVATIONS:
• Phone Customer Service no more than seven (7) days prior to your Arrival.
• We cannot Assign you a Slip Number until you Arrive.
• Two-night minimum on Weekends and Three-night minimum on Holidays.
• Reservations must be Secured by Credit Card.
• One night will be Charged to your Credit Card at the time you make your Reservation.

ARRIVAL:
• By Water: Phone Customer Service at 269.857.2151 or Channel 9 when you enter the Saugatuck channel to get your slip assignment. After tying up, please come into the marina office to check-in.
• By Trailer: Before launching your boat, please stop at the marina office to check-in. You will be given you slip assignment and instructions on where to store your trailer.
• Check In: After 12 noon. Check Out: Before 11:00 a.m.
• Early Check-Out/Late Check-In: Contact Customer Service.

COSTS:
• Dockage: $1.80 per foot per day. Includes Single 30a Electrical & Water.
• Additional Electrical Service: $10.00/Day.

AMENITIES:
• On Site: Heated Pool, Modern Showers, Pumpout, Gas & Diesel, Laundry, & More.
• Nearby: Grocery, Numerous Restaurants & Bars, Shopping.

SHOWER & LAUNDRY ACCESS:
• When you check in you will be given a Magnetic Key/Card for 24 hour Access.
• Key Card Deposit: $20.00: Refundable upon Return.

GAS & DIESEL:
• We have Three Fuel Docks located at Saugatuck Yacht Service.
• Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, 7 days a week. Extended hours on Holidays.

PUMPOUT SERVICE:
• Available at our Fuel Docks at Saugatuck Yacht Service or at your Slip.
• Fee: $12.00 per tank.
• Pull into our Fuel Docks or Contact Customer Service.

NAVIGATION:
• Channel Approach: Stay within the Channel Markers.
• No Wake Zone: Strictly Enforced throughout the Entire Harbor.
• Chain Ferry: Give ample room to the Ferry when Passing.
