The coordinates for the harbor entrance are:
N:42.40.52
W:86.13.20

• The Fog signal is radio controlled from April 15th to November15th. Channel #79 - 5 clicks to turn on, 7 clicks to turn off.
• Their is a buoy marking the underwater piling at about 300 feet off the Old Harbor entrance south of the breakwater.
• Entering the Kalamazoo River keep the red buoys on your right and the green buoys on your left.
• The buoys are marked with "scotchlite" and can be identified at night with your searchlight.
• To cross the harbor to Tower Marine there is a series of red buoys that mark the 9 foot channel to Tower Marine.
• The channel is extended as shown on the chart below to the "Red Dock" at the east end of the marina.
• Keep the red buoys to your right when proceeding south.
• Shallow water is marked on the chart. If you do make a mistake and need assistance call Tower Marine. 269.857.2151
